I was trying to place an order the other night, just sitting there with my coffee getting cold, and the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment details. I refreshed and had to start all over twice, which was so annoying. There wasn’t even a proper error message, just nothing happening. After the third try I gave up and closed the tab. Not worth the hassle.

Every time I check, the stuff I actually want is out of stock again. I keep wondering if other people are having the same experience, because it feels like I’m always too late or the popular items just never stay available

I was ready to check out, but then realized PayPal wasn’t an option. At that point I just gave up and left the order behind :-/

I’m not saying it’s a bad place or anything, but the product range just felt limited for what I was looking for. I checked around and really couldn’t find many options that fit my needs, so yeah, I left feeling a bit disappointed.

I ordered from henchnutrition.com and the delivery ended up taking longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just left wondering where my parcel was and what I was supposed to do next. There wasn’t really any clear guidance on whether to wait, contact someone, or if it was even on the way. The products were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole waiting around with hardly any info was frustrating. Not a terrible experience, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again.

I ordered some protein and, to be fair, it did show up eventually. I was just expecting it a bit sooner based on what the site said, so that was a little disappointing.

Once it arrived, the products were fine and the packaging was okay, so I can’t really complain too much there. I’d maybe order again, but probably only if I wasn’t in any kind of rush

The site is okay overall and I was able to get through it without any real problems, but finding a couple of products took longer than I thought it would and some pages felt a bit cluttered, checkout was easy enough and everything loaded fine, I just think the filters could be clearer and the layout could be a little smoother because right now it’s not bad, it’s just kind of average.

I've been using this while trying to bulk up, and it definitely seems to have helped with muscle gain. The only small downside is that it's a little on the pricey side, but overall I've been happy with the results.

I tried henchnutrition.com for a while and, to be fair, it might work better for other people. I was training regularly and eating well, but I didn’t really see much change personally. For the price, I was a bit disappointed...

I took this and ended up feeling sick to my stomach and dizzy afterward. What made it more frustrating was that the instructions and warnings weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t sure if this was something I should’ve expected or not. Really not a good experience.

The package arrived all smashed up, which was disappointing. I’m careful about what I spend my money on, so it’s frustrating to pay for something and have it show up looking like it wasn’t handled well.

I ordered two tubs, but the flavours that showed up weren’t the ones I picked, and one tub was missing completely. I’m guessing someone in the warehouse might’ve just rushed the order or mixed labels up, but who knows. Support took ages to get back to me, so at this point I probably won’t be ordering from here again...

I don’t know why, but I expected a little more for the price. What I got was okay, but it just didn’t feel like the value was really there. The prices seemed kind of high for what it was, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

To be fair, the flavor wasn’t the issue for me, but the mixing was kind of a letdown. I shook it way more than I normally would, and it still came out clumpy

I was about to order a few supplements from Hench Nutrition, but once I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, I backed out. Maybe I’m being a bit tight because I’m trying not to overspend at the moment, but it made the order feel way less worth it.
I know delivery can’t always be free, and maybe if I was doing a bigger shop it wouldn’t have bothered me as much, but for what I had in my basket it just felt too high. Ended up leaving it there. 1 star because the postage completely put me off.

I really appreciate that the ingredients are listed clearly because it makes it much easier to decide what to buy. The product feels trustworthy for that reason. I’m taking off one star mainly because the price is a little higher than I’d like, but overall it’s still a good experience.

The site looks decent enough, like nothing really jumped out as bad, but I don’t know... I still didn’t feel totally comfortable trusting the brand yet. Maybe I need to see more reviews or just get a better feel for them first.

I sent my order back and... I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. It’s been taking way longer than I expected.

I was expecting it to taste like the description, but it wasn’t really close to what was advertised

I tried a few of the products the taste was okay, nothing terrible. But the macros didn’t really blow me away. Protein was decent, but the overall nutrition felt average for how it’s marketed. Also, there was way too much sweetener for my taste, like, why are they trying so hard to cover something up? Not saying there’s a whole protein powder cover-up happening, but I did start side-eyeing the label a bit...
